Abbeyfields have built a new scheme in Bocking and still have some flats for rent, available to those with an assessed care need and a local connection to Essex. Applications will be considered by an allocations panel.

Thetford Court

One & two bedroom first floor flat available.

A two-storey building with a lift, consisting of one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The communal facilities include a laundry room, kitchen, gardens and communal lounge. There are regular social events held in the communal lounge organised by the residents. There is also a secure mobility scooter store attached to the building, to determine availability of spaces please enquire during your viewing.

Portreath Place

One bedroom, first floor flat available.

The scheme consists of two-storey blocks of one and two bedroom apartments. The communal facilities include a laundry room, kitchen and communal lounge.
